Become a Community Partner

Are you interested in becoming a Community Partner with Cottonwood students who are excited about learning? Do you have a business that caters to students? Or do you coach parents?

The Cottonwood School’s homeschool program will accept new Community Partner applications for the 2021-22 school year starting in mid-July. If you would like to become a partner, please click the button below to fill out a brief, online questionnaire. After submitting the questionnaire, you will receive an email with instructions regarding required documents and how to prepare answers to the application questions.

The process for approval is simple:

  1. The Community Partner team will screen your online submission and required documents to ensure your services are appropriate for our public school students and offered at a fair market value.
  2. If the answer is “yes” to both questions, you can expect the following:
    – You may receive follow-up questions via email or phone
    – Satisfactory answers lead to an email copy of the Cottonwood
    – Vendor Agreement for you to digitally sign

Once the school countersigns the Vendor Agreement, your business will be included in our school’s online ordering system and on the searchable Community Partners spreadsheet on our school website
