This week our students learn about Overcoming Limiting Beliefs. The greatest limitations in our lives can be those that we place on ourselves. These come in the form of fears, excuses, and what we call the counter-mindsets. It is these limiting beliefs that distort our belief systems and can drive ineffective behaviors. The lessons this week help our students to understand that they are in control of their lives and that most perceived obstacles can be overcome. Everyone faces disappointments, fears, failures, mistakes, and defeats that can be overcome with a positive mindset.
