This week our students are learning what it means to “Thank It Forward!” and what an important part of practicing gratitude it is. One of the most powerful things we can do for someone is to express gratitude for who they are and what they mean to us. Thanking someone provides two wonderful gifts: it makes the other person feel good, while also increasing our happiness and supporting our wellbeing at the same time. Let’s thank it forward together! It is the season to be thankful after all!
