Want to Become a Cottonwood School Community Partner?

We’re always looking to add new community partners that share a strong desire to support the educational goals of our students. At Cottonwood, students have the option to use their annual instructional funds for enrichment services from our approved partners, like you!

 

Community Partner Application Process

Step 1: Submit Application. This application should take about 10 minutes to complete. Please make sure you are prepared to upload a W-9 (here is a blank W-9). You will be notified when you can move on to Step 2.

 

Step 2: Document Submission. This step is as quick as you make it. You can speed up this process by having as many of these documents ready when we notify you. We will send you all the details, links and forms at that time, but here is a summary of what we will be needing:

Step 3: Sign Vendor Services Agreement. This will be sent via e-sign.

Step 4: Vendor Profile & Catalog. Once we have all of your documents and signed Vendor Services Agreement, you will be invited to our Community Partner Management Portal where you will complete your profile, class listings, and pricing information for parents to view on our Cottonwood website and Cottonwood ordering system..

Step 5: Ready for Services. Families may begin requesting Service Vouchers starting July 18, 2022. As a reminder, services cannot begin until August 15th. Even after you become an approved Community Partner, services should not begin until you have received an approved Service Voucher from our Business Department.

For the safety of our students, all Community Partners must complete all steps above in order to be active in our portal prior to providing billed services to any Cottonwood students.
